Offered for sale is this beautiful 2005 Subaru Impreza WRX STi finished in Crystal Grey Metallic over classic Blue/Black STi interior. This STi was acquired from its first and original North Carolina-based owner. Clean Carfax. Excellent condition, 1-owner GD STi with great mileage (<6,000mi/yr)! Equipped with it's original factory motor and transmission; this STi runs and drives great and has always been well-maintained.

A handful of well-selected modifications have been professionally installed by the original owner and have proven reliable over more than a decade of use. Modifications are limited to: Cobb Accessport (Version 1, OTS Map), Cobb Exhaust (catted), Cobb Front and Rear Sway Bars, Cobb Turbo Heat Shield, Radiator cooling plate, and rear strut brace.


EXTERIOR: – The Crystal Grey Metallic paint is in excellent condition overall. Front lower splitters have been resprayed due to scuffing. Overall condition is very good with excellent shine and no swirls. A small scratch on the driver's front fender appears to have been the result of a dropped item. Retains the factory forged BBS wheels, freshly restored in original silver and wrapped in Michelin tires (date code: 2014). A paint report is available via the gallery.


INTERIOR: – The interior of this STi is in great shape overall with no wear on the optional OEM Titanium shift knob or steering wheel and only limited wear on the drivers seat bolster commensurate with age. The black and blue seats are well-bolstered and are finished with stitched STi logos. The dash is clean with no cracking or fading. An Alpine head unit with an underseat is the only modification inside the cabin.


DRIVETRAIN: 10/10 – The 300-hp Flat 4 Cylinder EJ257 launches the STi to 60mph in just 4.6 seconds and revs very smoothly though the range. The 6-speed transmission with Driver Controlled Center Differential shifts smoothly with no grinding. Clutch feel is very good with no signs of wear. The STi-specific Brembo brakes stop the car impressively and have plenty of life left in both the pads and rotors. Exhibits typical Subaru rear strut clunk. Brembos show no signs of abuse or discoloration from heavy use. Proven Cobb Off-The-Shelf map has been installed on the car from nearly new; includes the Accessport version 1 in original box with manuals and software.
