Offered for sale is this tough-to-find 1986 Citroen CX 25 Prestige Turbo finished in Silver over Black Leather. Produced March of 1986 and imported for a Mr. L. Cone whose name appears on the plaque in the driver's door jamb. Representing the top of the range for the CX model line - this Prestige limo has an extended wheelbase for rear passenger comfort. The vehicle is equipped with a 2.5L non-intercooled, turbocharged 4-Cylinder mated to a 5-Speed manual transmission.
This example has most recently lived in a large, private Citroen collection where it was stored and maintained lovingly. Runs and drives very nicely. AC is working. Hydropneumatic suspension is functioning properly (see video). Overall condition is very good and highly original with minor wear and cosmetic imperfections commensurate with mileage. 71,596 miles are shown on the 6-digit odometer and are believed to be true and accurate. Recent service includes: new Prestige-specific hydropneumatic cylinders, refinished wheels, and a new set of the correct Michelin TRX tires.
