1995 Lamborghini Diablo VT for sale in Rockville MD

Offered for sale is this 1995 Lamborghini Diablo VT finished in Deep Black over Tan Leather interior. 5.7L V12 mated to a gated 5-Speed Manual transmission. This Diablo lived in California with the believed original owner until 2017. A copy of the original CA title shows an issue date of August 1997 at 251 miles. In 2017 with 54,632km on the clock, it was sold to a private collector based in Maryland at where it has resided from 2017 to current. The six-digit odometer currently shows 60,668KM (~37,700 miles).


Service in the last 4k miles totals over $60,000 and includes: Engine major service, rebuilt transmission, new clutch, brake master cylinder, new battery, brake hoses, new headliner and dash with OEM hides, new OEM windshield, new Pirelli tires, AC R-134 conversion and service, drive belts, new complete OEM exhaust and catalytic converters, front wheel bearings.


In 2018 – the Diablo was shipped by its owner to Italy to participate in an all Lamborghini Rally to celebrate Valentino Balboni. On the drive, the car experienced a mechanical failure and Mr. Balboni himself drove the car for a couple of days during the rally to troubleshoot (there are images of him in the car and with the car – and he has signed the driver door sill). Ultimately the owner and Valentino decided to bring the car to Valentino’s workshop in Italy and leave it there for the repairs to be undertaken. These repairs in Italy totaled approximately $44,000 and included a major engine service and transmission overhaul among other items as mentioned above and noted in the included invoices/email correspondence.
