Offered for sale is this clean and largely original 1987 Mercedes-Benz 300D Turbo finished in Petrol Blue Green Metallic (877) over Black MB-Tex (171). Originally delivered to a Mr. Giaconelli in February 1987, this W124 has spent time in New York and most recently has lived in a local private collection for the last two years. Runs and drives very nicely and ready to enjoy. Recent service with Mercedes-Benz Germantown at 152,762 miles included a four wheel alignment and new rear differential mount bushings.
Stamps in the original service booklet show a history of regular maintenance with 14 service stamps from new; starting with a pre-delivery inspection and continuing all the way through the 70k-mile service in 1996. Additional records are available on the Carfax report (please email for a complete copy).
All matching VIN stickers are present. 90% original paint. The sale includes two sets of keys, spare, original jack and tool kit, original books, and the original owner's metal data plate. Please email us for paint meter readings and PDF copies of available service records.
