Offered for sale is this immaculate 1991 Acura NSX finished in classic and popular Formula Red over black leather. This 3-owner NSX is in superb condition and has always been maintained at Rosenthal Acura in Maryland. Built in the first year of production, this 70k mile NSX is sure to be a worthwhile investment. No modification except period-correct Weds alloys and no accidents. First owner bio (owner from 1991 to 2013) and 65+ pages of dealership service records available from BRAND NEW.

EXTERIOR: 9/10 – The gorgeous all-aluminum exterior of this NSX is in fantastic condition with all original paintwork with the exception of the lower front air dam (resprayed due to rockchips). No accidents. One minor ding on roof (about 1 cm wide) and a minor 1” scratch (touched up with OEM paint) on rear quarter near antenna is pictured. The period-correct Weds Adula wheels, installed by the first owner in 1994, are rare and in good condition overall, minor curb rash present on one or two wheels. The undercarriage is clear of oil, leaks and grime and the jack points are in perfect condition. The pop-up headlights function without issue.



INTERIOR: 9/10 - The black leather interior is in excellent condition overall with no tears in the seats and only very minor wear on the driver’s seat bolster and headlight indicator stalk. Never been smoked in. All features function properly, including heat, AC, and clock. The radio is working, however the front right speaker is blown. One minor scratch on the center console by the shifter is pictured. Door sills are free of major scuffing and scratches and original VIN-matching plates are present. Thanks to its mid-engine layout, trunk space is shockingly good for a supercar.



DRIVETRAIN: 10/10 – This first year NSX is equipped with Honda’s 3.0L DOHC VTEC V6 which produces 270-hp and sings all the way to its 8,000rpm redline. Truly a work of industrial magic – this mid-mounted V6 makes all the right noises and has a very satisfying power curve thanks to the well-geared 5-speed manual transmission. The engine runs very smoothly with no smoking, leaks or hiccups and the transmission shifts smoothly with no grinding. With no power-steering, the NSX steering is tight and direct but never too heavy. The race-tuned suspension is compliant but amazingly telepathic; keeping the NSX flat and manageable in the twisties.
